Inspired by the giant concrete tetrapods used in the sea to break waves, this project reimagines their form as modular joints for adaptable spatial structures. The system combines tetrapod shaped joints with joystick-like attachment ends and rope modules, enabling free movement and seamless adaptability to any surface—flat, curved, or dome-shaped.
The design allows users to create, modify, and hang objects, offering endless possibilities for functional and creative configurations.

These images show how the add-ons that can be attached to the main connection piece are designed. These add-ons include: - lighting parts - hook system - lock system - joystick/s and other variations.

This image shows how the joystick system add-on, which can create different angles, works. The Tetrapod form can establish 90 degree connections thanks to this add-on, allowing this system to be used on flat surfaces.
